Sam Park

For over 20 years, Sam Park has specialized in the planning, permitting, financing, and construction of large-scale projects in New York and Boston. He is highly regarded for his experience and expertise in infrastructure/land use planning and for his successful track record in getting mixed use projects permitted and built. Mr. Park is responsible for identifying new opportunities, arranging the necessary financing (including equity capital), and managing the strategic direction of projects pursued by Land Strategies. Recent experience includes the planning and permitting of over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial development including Gillette Stadium where he advised the Kraft Organization on infrastructure, access, funding, and legislative process.

Rich Kleiman

Rich Kleiman

Rich Kleiman is an environmental strategy and project management consultant with over 20 years experience. He specializes in the planning and permitting of large, multi-disciplinary land and infrastructure development projects. With a deep understanding of the local, state, and federal regulatory review processes, he assists clients in formulating and implementing effective technical and political strategies. He has strong relationships with key regulators, government officials, attorneys, architects, engineers, and specialty consultants and maintains a diverse client network. He most recently served as Owner's Representative on the $1.5 billion redevelopment of the South Weymouth Naval Air Station overseeing planning and permitting functions as well as the design, bidding, and construction of major project infrastructure elements.

Peter Kutrubes

Peter Kutrubes

Peter Kutrubes is responsible for advising clients on matters pertaining to site access and feasibility; transportation policy, planning, and design; and overseeing all technical efforts in the areas of site permitting, transportation planning, and traffic and transportation engineering. Mr. Kutrubes has provided professional engineering and planning services to a wide array of public and private sector clients. He served in a professional capacity with the Massachusetts Highway Department (MHD) over a 37-year career where he was responsible for the design and construction of countless traffic and safety improvement projects.

F. Bruce Harlamert draws upon his extensive experience in appraisal, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, asset management, and finance to identify and underwrite new opportunities. During the span of his 17 years in real estate in New England, he has leased and sold over $1 billion in real estate. It is through this experience that he has established relationships within the brokerage, legal, finance and development community.

With over 25 years of experience on some of the largest and most complex highway, traffic, and access projects in the region, Ken directs Land Strategies' traffic and transportation studies and maintains a diverse client network. Ken has a strong comprehension of local and state review processes along with solid relationships with key state government officials, land use attorneys, architects, civil engineers, and specialty consultants.

Kerry McCormack

Kerry McCormack

Kerry McCormack, P.E., has over 13 years experience in the engineering discipline related to site design and development as well as a unique mix of property management and real estate sales. Mr. McCormack represents clients at company meetings and hearings with government and public agencies, consultants, and owners, and coordinates the work of project teams on complex multi-disciplinary projects. He has worked on new construction and rehabilitation projects throughout the greater Boston area including commercial/office, mixed-use retail, assisted living residences, and hotel.
